The RealResponse secure portal allows individuals to stay completely anonymous while still being able to receive updates or answer follow up questions from the ITA Compliance team. After a report is submitted, users can choose to sign up for email notifications or save a unique access key that lets them return to their report at any time. If a user selects email notifications, their contact information is kept fully private. The ITA Compliance team never sees their email address or phone number. All communication takes place through the secure portal, ensuring confidentiality and anonymity throughout the entire process.
